01 · The water

Mountain reservoir on running water

The reservoir is fed permanently by river water. River mussels live in it — a natural indicator of clean water. There is no standing water here.

02 · The feeding

Certified feed + natural food

Granulated feed with a certificate we send on request, plus what the lake itself provides. That is why the flesh is clean, with no muddy taste.

03 · The size

3–4 kg at delivery

The fish are gaining weight actively. Deliveries August–September at an average of 3–4 kg — the size both kitchens and processors ask for.

04 · The delivery

Alive, in an oxygenated tank

The fish travel alive, with oxygen, and arrive in condition. Chilled form by agreement, with the temperature regime EU hygiene rules require.
